Daily Sending Limit
Depending on the selected plan, different sending limits apply:
- FreeMail: 50 emails per 24 hours
- PlusMail: 500 emails per 24 hours
- ProMail: 2,500 emails per 24 hours
- PowerMail: 5,000 emails per 24 hours
Important: Emails are counted per recipient. This means that if you send a message to multiple recipients, each
recipient counts as a separate email and will be deducted from your sending limit accordingly.
Restoration of the Sending Limit
Once the sending limit is reached, emails will gradually become available again. The unlock process follows this model:
- FreeMail: 1 email every 30 minutes (2 emails per hour)
- PlusMail: 1 email every 3 minutes (20 emails per hour)
- ProMail: 1 email every 40 seconds (100 emails per hour)
- PowerMail: 1 email every 20 seconds (200 emails per hour)
Increase Sending Limit
If you need to send more emails, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to increase your sending limit.
