IMAP Connection in Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, and 2019

Outlook 2007

1. In the Tools menu, click Account Settings
2. In the "Email" tab, click "New"
3. In the "Choose Service" window, select "Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP" and click "Next"
4. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next"
5. In the "Choose E-mail Service" window, select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next"

Outlook 2010

1. In the "File/Info" menu, click "Account Settings"
2. In the "Email" tab, click "New"
3. In the "Choose Service" window, select "E-mail Account" and click "Next"
4. Select "Manually configure server settings or additional server types" and click "Next"
5. Now select "Internet E-mail" and click "Next"

Outlook 2019

1. In the "File/Info" menu, click "Add Account"
2. In the dialog that opens, enter your email address and password.

Both the incoming and outgoing servers are automatically detected by Outlook 2019.
