1. Cancel/Close e-mail account

If you would like to cancel/close your e-mail account, please back up all your e-mails, address book and calendar entries first.

You can cancel/close your e-mail account yourself in the settings area of your e-mail account:

1. Please log in with your access data at https://mail.fr.

2. Then go to the settings mode on the cogwheel and then to settings (1).

3. Then go to the tab "Account" (2).

4. Underneath this, new tabs will appear, select "Contract data" (3).

5. On the left-hand side, you will then have various menu items, select "Close account" (4) and then please follow the instructions.
